Thank you, Bill, for coming down to Ferndale and for your wonderful writieng about your own baseball experiences. Very interesting to read about the old Pirate team (and I loved seeing that old hat, too!).
That scene of the guy playing catch with his dad in Field of Dreams just killed me, too. I'll have to rent it again.
We enjoyed ourselves so much in Ferndale and I'm glad you enjoyed the show, too. Those people treated us like kings down there. Thanks for writing about it and yourself, too.
