Dell'Arte School second years present The Crocodile, adapted from an unfinished short story by Dostoyevsky. It depicts the "grotesque and darkly comic predicament" of a Russian bureaucrat whose life is changed forever by being suddenly swallowed alive...maybe.  It's onstage at the Carlo Theatre Saturday and Sunday only at 8 p.m.  Pay-what-you-will, reservations:707-668-5663 ext 5 for box office and ext 20 for the reservation line.

I review Ferndale Rep's ongoing production of Look Back In Anger in the Journal.  It's one of those productions you'll remember seeing, especially for the ensemble acting.  In a few days I hope to post an expanded and illustrated version of the review here.

This is the final weekend for Laughter on the 23rd Floor at North Coast Rep. Audiences have reportedly really been enjoying it, so this is your last chance.
